Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was nice, though it had a bit of a smell like signs of smoking. The rooms showed wear and tear with torn wallpaper and small holes in the bedding, and an outlet coming out of the wall. The service was extremely helpful and welcoming, moving us to a new room and providing a discount. The location was perfect for visiting tourist attractions and shopping. The dining options were limited with below-average service at the bar. Overall, good value for money with a very good breakfast and pleasant staff.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it a great deal. The location near the White House was perfect, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The service was top-notch, with a special shoutout to the gentleman at the entrance for the thoughtful gesture of providing a bottled water after my morning run. However, there was a slight issue with the car parking service that impacted my experience.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff to assist. Despite some room size issues and a somewhat empty feel, the location was convenient for sightseeing and metro access. The dining experience was lacking, but the homemade products were a positive highlight.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance to major attractions like the White House and the National Mall. The service was hit and miss, with some helpful interactions but lacking overall friendliness. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement in variety and pricing. The rooms, though spacious, needed better cleaning, especially considering the dust accumulation. Overall, not bad but with some room for enhancement.
The hotel is located in a prime spot, super close to the White House and some great restaurants. The rooms were fabulous and up to date, offering an excellent stay. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining experience left something to be desired on the weekend, and the pricing for extras was a bit high. Overall, a great place to stay in a fantastic walking area.
The hotel's rooms were nice but a little worn down, located far from the lift. Despite this, booking through its own website during the heatwave in July was beneficial. The service was very helpful with great suggestions but lacked proper information on hotel Wi-Fi and Hilton Honors benefits. Having coffee replenished and the coffee machine cleaned promptly was an issue. The location was perfect and very affordable, offering a fantastic stay close to the mall and all sites, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good, especially with the inclusive breakfast option, although not very complimentary. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient and enjoyable stay for an affordable price.
The hotel room was a mix of positives and negatives. The cleanliness was satisfactory, but there were some issues with the setup and furnishings. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, though the room felt dated with limited furniture. On the upside, the spaciousness and cleanliness were notable.
